The Wedmore Beauty Lounge's environment is one of relaxation and tranquillity. Please be mindful that bookings are by apointments only and be respectful to other salon guests’ right to privacy and serenity.
In order to maintain a haven of tranquillity I ask that you turn off your mobile phone whilst in the salon. Children under 18 are not permitted treatments, and proof of age may be requested.

Online Bookings
PLEASE NOTE the online booking system is currently offline. Please contact Kaye directly with any booking requests HERE.
STEP 1 - Choose Type: Book appointment
STEP 2 - Verify yourself: Emal or SMS - Select existing customer if you have had a treatment before or signed up to marketing emails (choose email verify) - Enter verify code.
STEP 3 - Choose an item: Select a treatment - Actual hands on treatment time is shown in brackets. The booking allows for extra time for consultation & aftercare, so you get 100% of your treatment time on the couch!
e.g. Facial (30mins) actual treatment time) £40 1hr (includes the extra allocated time)
STEP 4 - Choose date & time: select your choice
STEP 5 - Summary: Confirm your details - Check your booking details & personal details - Tick the box to confirm your Booking Details are correct and you agree to the Terms & Conditions, and the Privacy Policy.
STEP 6 - Make payment: securely pay online - Full payment is required to confirm your booking, you'll receive a full refund if you cancel prior 48hr.
STEP 7 - Confirm: please read the confirmation details, and for first time clients please make a note/screenshot the address & directions info.

Treatment GUIDELINES
Publicised treatment times given in the menu are 100% allocated for hands-on treatment time only. Therefore, please do allow additional time onto your scheduled booking for your consultation, getting changed and aftercare advice.

Reschedule An Appointment
I understand that plans change sometimes and you may need to request a rescheduling of the date and or time of your booking, you may do so without charge (see Cancellation Policy below) provided a minimum of 48 hours notice is given before the time of your secheduled booking. To change a booking please use the Email Contact Form HERE.
Cancellation Policy
Unexpected events happen in life and sometimes you cannot avoid cancelling a scheduled appointment. All I ask is if you need to cancel your full or partial booking, please provide me with a minimum of 48 hours notice from your scheduled appointment.
Cancellations made before 48hours of the scheduled appointment will be given a full refund.

Pregnancy
Please kindly advise me during your booking request if you are, or think you may be pregnant. Sometimes you just need a little support along the way to help you relax, as well as being totally deserving of some pampering during this emotional time.

CONTRAINDICATIONS
If you have additional needs or health issues, I kindly ask that you advise me of your requirements, medications and or medical treatments prior to booking an appointment. The following conditions may need a doctors note to confirm your suitability for treatment, or treatment cannot commence.
- Cancer
- In remission from Cancer - Heart /Lung /Kidney Disease or Conditions - Breathing Conditions - Strokes - High Blood Pressure Accompanied by other Health complications - Some Autoimmune Diseases - Covid - Recent Minor Surgery (6 months) |
- Major Surgery (2 years)
- Diabetes - Skin Diseases - On any blood thinning medication - On medication for acne - 1st Trimester of Pregnancy - Pregnant but had any fertility treatment - Pregnant but had difficulties with previous pregnancies |
It is your sole responsibility to check with your doctor or medical practitioner about your suitability for any of the treatments and to obtain his/her written consent where necessary. I willl not be able to treat you without it. The above list is an example, not a fully comprehensive list.

Zero Tolerance Policy
I am are here to look after you throughout your salon experience and assist with any queries or concerns. In line with this I ask that you treat me with courtesy and respect. Whilst these situation are rare, I have a zero tolerance policy in place here at Wedmore Beauty Lounge. This means that abbusive and inappropriate behaviour towards my property, myself (inclusive of over electronic comunications) or any persons within my premise will not be tolerated under any circumstances.
I reserve the right at all times to refuse entry to my business, or to remove any guest or party whose behaviour has caused me or other guests concern. Such notice will be verbal and you are required in this case to leave immediately with no refunds given.

Valuables
No responsibility can be accepted by Wedmore Beauty Lounge for the safety of money or valuables of any kind brought into the salon. If you do bring valuable items it is essential they are covered by your own insurance for the period of your stay. Wedmore Beauty Lounge will not be liable, under any circumstances whatsoever, for damage, injury or consequential loss, however caused, to guests valuables.
